TrekkSoft is a small Swiss based start-up company founded in 2010. The founders, a group of adventure enthusiasts, and experience specialists, had the idea to create a booking engine for tour operators and activity providers. In the last two years, TrekkSoft has been growing substantially, providing online booking and reservation solutions to over 70 tour and activity (T&A) companies worldwide and generating a credit card transaction volume of 5 million CHF. TrekkSoft focuses on usability and tries to make the booking process as simple and convenient as possible by, providing a software as a service solution. Jon has 20 years of experience within the T&A industry. He also has background in adventure travel and extreme sports and is Board Member of several companies in tourism.
Philippe is a serial entrepreneur and Board Member of Divio Ltd., a Swiss-based Internet
agency in Zurich (www.divio.ch). He founded several companies in Switzerland and helds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
Valentin is a serial start up entrepreneur with 10 years of startup experience as a CTO and Head of Product. He co-founded the Swiss based company founding platform www.startups.ch and has a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance. Additionally, he worked as a strategy consultant in Zurich.
Philippe has over 10 years work experience as a software developer. Before starting his work with TrekkSoft in 2010, he was a web worker for Liip Ltd. (Switzerland) and BrainStore Ltd. (Switzerland).
Dariush has 5 years experience in sales and marketing as a consultant. He co-founded StartUp Weekend Switzerland and two consulting firms. Dariush helds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He currently leads TrekkSofts office in New York City.
