Webinar Guest Speaker - Vanessa Londoño
Many of you might recognize Vanessa as she is one of the Integration Specialists that has been with us the longest here at TrekkSoft. She is working remotely from Ecuador and mainly helps customers from the South American market to get started with the TrekkSoft software. Every day she is working closely together with tour and activity providers and helps them set their accounts up. Her software knowledge is superb and this makes Vanessa an ideal guest speaker to our Community Webinars. When Vanessa is not giving extraordinary integration support, she likes to sing and dance salsa.
Webinar host - Olivia Färninger
Olivia is originally from Stockholm, Sweden, and has been living in Switzerland for the past 1.5 years. She first moved over to study in Bern and then moved to Interlaken to work in Customer Marketing and Communications with TrekkSoft. The biggest reason why she loves her job is the constant exchange of knowledge, which is also why she is passionate about sharing her knowledge with you. As the person responsible for the Community Webinars, Olivia strives to make sure that every TrekkSoft customer is equipped with the know-how of TrekkSoft's many features, and can benefit from them fully.
