Is TrekkSoft PCI-DSS compliant for processing payments?

Yes. TrekkSoft is PCI DSS Level 2 certified, and Payyo (our payment gateway) is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. Your payment data is encrypted, card details are never stored on our servers, and all transactions are monitored for fraud.

Do I need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with TrekkSoft?

If your business is subject to GDPR or similar data protection regulations, you may need a DPA. Contact our Data Protection team at privacy@trekksoft.com and they'll assess your requirements and provide a standard template or negotiate custom terms.

When will I receive my payout?

Starter/Accelerate plans: Monthly payouts

Ultimate plan: Weekly payouts

New users must complete KYC verification first. Payouts go directly to your bank account. SEPA transfers are free; €5 USD outside SEPA.

Why do I have an unrecognized charge from TrekkSoft or Payyo on my bank statement?

A charge from "TREKKSOFT AG" or "TREKKSOFT*TOUR BOOKING" means you booked a tour or activity through a company using Payyo payment gateway. Check your email for a booking confirmation matching the amount. If you still can't identify it, contact support@payyo.ch with your card last 4 digits, amount, and date.
