3 ways the TrekkSoft booking system delights customers

One of the most common questions people ask about when they're looking for a booking system is "Which one should I go for?"

Common advice would tell you to go for a system that meets the requirements of your company now and in the future. Where's your company headed? Can the booking software take you there?

With all the different booking software providers out there, advice like that doesn't make the search for any easier. So, based on what our customers have told us, I've compiled a ways we at TrekkSoft continue to delight and impress our customers. 

1. The system has a lot of features (with more on the way!)

This is probably our biggest selling point for many tour and activity operators hoping to grow their businesses in the coming years. Our extensive feature list allows businesses of all sizes adapt our booking system to meet your needs.

Apart from allowing customers to book your trips and pay you online, you can also manage your resources (like your guides, rental equipment, buses) with our Resource Manager. If you manage a large team of guides, let your guides indicate their availabilities via TrekkSoft - no more back and forth emails, spreadsheets and phone calls.

2. The booking system works really well for private or custom tour operators

If you run specialty tours and need a way to manage large volumes of custom tours, TrekkSoft is your best bet. From the first inquiry a customer sends to you, you are able to gather all sorts of information about their interests and what they're looking for on a tour via our Custom Fields feature. It's the ability to add extra questions (or fields) to your contact forms or during the booking process.

Another thing you can do with TrekkSoft is create custom bookings with no set schedule or pricing with the Private/Custom Tour feature. You can also allow your resellers or agents to look at your live availabilities and create a custom booking too. This way, you can block off the relevant resources for the trip, collect and forward customer information to your team members involved and deliver a truly customised trip to your guest.


3. We're connected to some pretty big marketplaces 

Our most recent API connection was launched last week, where we announced that we partnered with TAB, a division of the Hotelbeds group. To date, we're the only booking system that has striked a partnership with such a big player in the indsutry. 

We've also partnered with other marketplaces like Musement and Viator to allow you to sell your trips on different marketplaces without the added admin load. With the Channel Manager, you can easily select and set up an account with a reseller of your choice and start reaching a larger audience in no time.

By the end of this year, we hope to add on more online marketplaces and travel agents to give you more opportunities to grow your business.
