Throughout this year, our Product and Engineering Teams continued to develop our key sales tool - the Booking Widget. It's our "Book Now" button that kickstarts the booking and payment process on operator websites. After many rounds of testing and iterations, we're finally ready to share it with you!

Apart from improving the overall look and feel of our booking flow, we've also released a few big updates.

1. Floating Cart

One of the biggest updates we released was the "floating cart" where customers can add a tour into their basket, continue browsing your website, add more tours to their basket, and finally book and pay for it all in one go.

2. Activity Finder

Simplify how your customers find tours and activities that you'll be running based on their vacation dates and location. It's also a great tool for resellers such as hotel concierges, destination offices or DMO websites as they can easily find the tours and make the booking on the spot.

3. Activity Collections

To display a curated list of activities on your website (or embed it on a reseller's site), create a Custom Collection of Activities to add to your website. This is perfect if you want to group your tours by seasons, difficulty levels, and so on.

4. Offer discounts for multiple tours

To entice users to book directly from your website (instead of an OTA) and to encourage them to book more than one tour, offer multi-tour discounts of 3% to 5%. It will be clearly displayed throughout the booking flow so customers are aware of the unique deal you're offering them.
